What is included in rent?

Your monthly rent covers your premium suite. To keep our state-of-the-art amenity spaces pristine and fully equipped, a monthly amenity fee is billed alongside your rent (along with parking, if required). Utilities — heat, water, and electricity — are metered and billed separately, so you only pay for what you use. Reach out to our team for a current breakdown of utility averages and fees.

Absolutely — we know pets are family. Dogs and cats are welcome here. To ensure a harmonious community for all residents, we do have standard community guidelines regarding size. Please share details about your furry companion when you apply!

Secure, climate-controlled indoor parking is available for residents. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon lease signing, so we recommend reserving your parking space early during the application process.
