Question 1

When can I drop by for a tour?

Accepted Answer

Walk-ins are warmly welcome Tuesday through Thursday from 3 PM to 5 PM. If those times don’t fit your schedule, you can request a personalized guided tour online or connect with us at showings@2274princess.com.

Question 2

How does applying work?

Accepted Answer

Choose a plan on the floor plans page, pick an available suite and apply online from its row. If you’ve already applied or already live here, the resident and applicant portal links are in the header.

Question 3

What does my rent cover?

Accepted Answer

Your monthly rent covers your premium suite. To keep our state-of-the-art amenity spaces pristine and fully equipped, a monthly amenity fee is billed alongside your rent (along with parking, if required). Utilities — heat, water, and electricity — are metered and billed separately, so you only pay for what you use. Reach out to our team for a current breakdown of utility averages and fees.

Question 4

Can I bring my dog or cat?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely — we know pets are family. Dogs and cats are welcome here. To ensure a harmonious community for all residents, we do have standard community guidelines regarding size. Please share details about your furry companion when you apply!

Question 5

Is there indoor parking?

Accepted Answer

Secure, climate-controlled indoor parking is available for residents. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon lease signing, so we recommend reserving your parking space early during the application process.

Question 6

What shared spaces are in the building?

Accepted Answer

Residents enjoy an outdoor pool and landscaped courtyard, a sauna and cold plunge, a wine room and speakeasy lounge, a rooftop terrace, a resident lounge, a coffee bar, and a business room.

Question 7

What finishes come in every suite?

Accepted Answer

Every home features 10-foot ceilings, chef-inspired kitchens with premium appliances, hardwood flooring, soft-close cabinetry, and a private balcony.
