These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Patry Inc. governing your access to and use of the Site. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. This Site is provided for informational purposes relating to residential rentals at 2274 Princess, including unit availability, amenities, pricing, and leasing inquiries. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems.
• —Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data from the Site without our prior written consent.
• —Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of any third party.
• —Misrepresent your identity or provide false information in connection with a rental inquiry or application.

All content on this Site — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, video, and software — is the property of Patry Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.

The 2274 Princess name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Patry Inc. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

04Rental Information and Availability

Floor plans, pricing, availability, promotions, and other rental information presented on this Site are provided for general reference only and are subject to change without notice. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to enter into a lease or tenancy agreement. All tenancy agreements are subject to credit approval, identity verification, and the execution of a written lease in accordance with the Ontario Residential Tenancies Act.

05Third-Party Services and Links

This Site includes links to third-party websites and services, including the RentCafe / SecureCafe leasing portal operated by Yardi Systems, Inc. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

PATRY INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

07Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PATRY INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THIS SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 09Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

10Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

11Electronic Communications and Consent to Contact

When you submit a contact or schedule-a-tour form, or otherwise provide your email address or phone number, you consent to us contacting you electronically (by email, phone, or text) in response to your inquiry and regarding leasing matters at 2274 Princess. Any commercial electronic messages we send will comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and you may withdraw your consent or unsubscribe at any time by contacting us using the details below.
